The sap is gathered by a 1989 John Deere  named "Annie".  Our sap wagon collects from the three tanks on the farm.  The sap is delivered to the sugar house. 

The sap is then boiled in our wood-fired evaporator.

It is then filtered and packed into jugs to be sold for pancakes and waffles across the country!
